| Price Guide per Night (high season) Price for a double room is 55 euro, assuming 2 people. Apartments (Zen or Cabaña) are 70 euro, assuming 2 people. | Conditions of Reservation The reservation is confirmed with the payment of one nights deposit. If bookings are for a week, 50% of the price is required. Deposits are lost if less than 3 days notice of cancellation is given. In other cases, administration costs may be charged. The full price is paid when keys are collected. The house may be occupied from 4pm and up to 12pm (other requirements should be consulted). The house must be vacated by 12am on the last day. Vacations between 12am and 6pm incur a 15 euro supplement and should be consulted. Credit card payments are not accepted. For stays of a week or more, towels are changed every 3 days and bedding every week. If other changes are required, they should be consulted. |
